SilverCRS Telecare is a system which supports the care of elderly and disabled people, who, when faced with critical situations or when requiring intervention, are often unable to perform any activity. The product is particularly directed at Social Welfare institutions.

The solution is composed of:

a computer system, a personal identifier, a monitoring band with an SOS button, as well as a pulse oximeter and analysing camera. Devices are used to collect data about the patient’s presence, movement, heart rate, steps taken, skin temperature, SPO2 level and movement performed around designated areas of the apartment. The data collected is sent to the computer system. There the data is subject to a deep statistical analysis and is used to build individual models of people’s behaviour.

The computer system utilises artificial intelligence solutions in the field of data exploration.

The result is the detection of states deviating from the personal behavioural model (falls, fainting, sleep apnoea, late awakening, frequent or rare visits to the toilet or kitchen, waking up at night, etc.) and automatically informing the caregivers or family by means of SMS, email or telephone, according to the agreed on forms of communication. The system detects abnormal conditions or effectively identifies trends that are beneficial, for example, activity, intellectual development and positive thinking based on the parameters provided. The Silver Care and Rescue System – SilverCRS automatically transmits an alarm notification even within 1 minute of identifying a defined weight parameter. The Silver Care and Rescue System – SilverCRS also provides automated registration and time planning for caregivers, which ensures a high level of control of for the execution of tasks which have been assigned to employees.
