A single person needs company
While the Silver Care and Rescue System – SilverCRS ensures the collection and processing of data on a technological level, the regular presence of a caregiver is necessary to fully guarantee the safety of the patient.
A caregiver’s visits do not have to be performed every day.
Depending on the individual needs of the patient, the services provided may, for example, only concern shopping done twice a week. While in other cases, systematic visits may be necessary three times a day. The scope of services provided by caregivers may be limited to companionship, reading books or conversations. It can also meet the conditions of providing full nursing care.
The type of care services is established directly between the Social Welfare Operator and the client representing the person receiving care.
The Silver Care and Rescue System – SilverCRS, in the scope of supporting the Social Welfare Operator, client as well as the patient, can also offers a special module which analyses and controls the caregivers work. They are equipped with presence identifiers which register their work with the patient.
The Registration and Time Planning module for caregivers ensures the accurate construction of schedules and monitoring of the work being carried out.
This is a very important element of the system which results in the patients being cared for reliably making the caregivers accountable to their bilateral arrangements with the Social Welfare Operator.
